The website provides general information about TigerCFO LLC, professional services, demonstration-stage technology, and related insights. Website content is not accounting, tax, legal, investment, employment, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice based on your circumstances.

No professional engagement

Viewing the website, requesting information, or participating in a demonstration does not create a client, fiduciary, advisory, employment, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only after the parties sign a written agreement defining scope, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, and other applicable terms. TigerCFO LLC is not a licensed CPA firm.

Pricing and offers

Displayed prices are starting points, not binding quotations. Final fees depend on an accepted written scope and may exclude cleanup, third-party software, hosting, filing fees, travel, remediation, unusual volume, integrations, and out-of-scope work. Founding-client offers are subject to eligibility, availability, stated duration, and written acceptance criteria.

Demonstration-stage products

The TigerCFO.ai Hospitality Accounting Platform is presented for demonstration and discovery. No public SaaS purchase commitment is offered. Features, availability, configurations, and commercial terms may change while product, intellectual-property, trademark, licensing, privacy, security, and contracting work remains in progress.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's branding, written content, visual presentation, product concepts, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TigerCFO LLC. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the website. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
